For future trailblazers only

We provide a series of master classes and workshops. Open enrollment and in-company. You don’t need to be tech savvy to participate in these hands-on master classes or workshops. The master classes focus on sharing new knowledge with you, which will sharpen you. We offer 1-day master classes which will give you a basic understanding of the concepts. Next to that weoffer workshops focused on application of the concepts. Master classes and workshops are offered in Dutch or English. The workshops and masterclasses are in the design mode and bootcamp style. In a very short period of time you’ll gain new knowledge, and you’ll master new skills. Moreover, all workshops are participative and collaborative in nature and are in the design mode.

Why? Times of great change call for new solutions and new alternatives. Problems today are so complex that analytic thinking alone doesn’t lead to solutions. Coping with today’s changes requires new levels of knowledge and adaptability. So, in chaotic or dynamically changing context, or in situations that need to be built up from scratch, the design approach is highly valuable, because of its reflexive, narrative and entrepreneurial characteristic. In times of great change, when new order is needed, the design approach is relevant. In those times we shift our thinking from ‘decision thinking’ to ‘design thinking’.When we are in the design mode, we use collaborative, co-creative methodologies.

Every day is an opportunity to learn new things

The art of getting from GDL to SDL

Changing the enterprise logic

Changes in the environment force organisations to change their ‘logic’ regarding the way value is created, and to shift from a goods-dominant logic to a service-dominant logic. Why? Because when we buy goods, it’s not about the goods. It is about the ‘benefits’ we gain from buying them. In the service-dominant logic the application of knowledge and skills is the basis for all exchange and goods are merely the vehicles for service distribution. Let’s explore this art.

The art of creative reframing

Creating new futures

Simply put, reframing is the art of viewing a particular situation from a different perspective. It means stepping into a different ‘frame’ and changing the meaning you attach to occurrences, by examining your beliefs and values. This workshop shows you how to develop a new frame for your business. To do that, we first take a look at your frames and we build from there. Reframing opens up new opportunities and new futures for your organisation. Come create.

The art of co-creation

The why and how

Co-creation is today’s buzzword. Some mix it into every conversation. Others are already sick of it. We believe that there is still a lot to be shared about the why’s and how’s of co-creation. About the theories and methodologies that are in play. This workshop is aimed at managers who want to be enlightened about the ideas behind co-creation. And whether or not it is something they feel they and their organisations need to become a part of. Let’s talk business.

Customer Journey Mapping

Uncovering opportunities

Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) is the process of making a graphical representation of the journey the customer makes from orientation to discarding a product/service, from the perspective of the customer. It describes every interaction with the customer through all channels. CJM enables organisations to understand how customers experience the service and know what happens to customer when they do business with them, resulting in insights regarding the focus of the dialogue with the customers. CJM enables organisations to find opportunities for innovation.
